Live Custom Orders

*CUSTOM ORDERS can only be placed from social media as they will be customized on live! Do not order a custom product if you are not coming from social media please. 

 How to Order & Customize Your Products on LIVE

“Ordering with me on LIVE is super easy! Here’s how it works:

1. Browse the products you see on the screen, that I show during the live, or simply choose product from the website.
   Each product will have its own scent option, additions, or bundle choice.
2. Comment your order using this simple format:
   ‘Sold + Item + fragrance + size + quantity. 
   Example: Sold Body Butter, Cocoa Cashmere, 8oz, 2 jars. 
3. Want to customize? No problem!
   You can choose your color, drizzle, shimmer, luster dust, botanicals, charms, or personalized labels depending on the product.
4. After you comment SOLD, I’ll confirm your order live so you know it’s locked in.
5. Once the order is confirmed, I’ll create your  handcrafted products fresh during the live.
6. Order will be packaged with care, and shipped within the stated processing time.
7. If you have questions about fragrances, ingredients, or customization, just ask during the LIVE — I’m here to help you pick what’s perfect for you!”

**Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer**

Please note: Our whipped body butters/Sugar Soufflé are made with natural oils and butters that can soften or melt in warm temperatures. During transit or delivery, especially in warmer climates or summer months, some melting may occur. This does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.

If your butter/soufflé arrives softened, simply place it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes to allow it to firm back up before use. (It will not be as visually pleasing as it was when created)

We recommend **not placing orders if temperatures in your area regularly exceed 80°F**, as we cannot guarantee that the product will remain solid during shipping. Akili’s Healing   is not responsible for products affected by heat once they leave our facility.
